In 2023, the idea began to be built, but it was in February 2024 that Oakhealth was born. On the one hand we have the area
of physiotherapy, on the other hand the area of organic agriculture, which will merge and revolutionize the area of health
and the environment, taking approaches beyond what has been experienced so far. We believe that good health practices
can transform each of us, and from the beginning, our goal is to empower people with tools that inspire and facilitate
the creation of healthier, more conscious habits and in harmony with the environment. The connection between health, the environment, sustainability and local nature are the main sources of inspiration that we intend to convey.
Everyone can be part of this story, if they choose to move towards a more sustainable and prosperous future.

Our project has several ramifications, structured on a solid foundation that allows for robust development, just like the oak tree. Our main area of activity is health, which is why it was necessary to highlight it. The turtle symbolizes nature, which is our greatest ally. Just as she can reach 120 years, our goal is to provide each of you with more years and a better quality of life.

ABOUT ME
I'm Joana Marques, a Physiotherapist since 2021 graduated from the Escola Superior da Cruz Vermelha Portuguesa and I'm currently specializing in Osteopathy at the Escuela de Osteopatía de Madrid.
I have always tried to expand my knowledge, adopt new approaches and offer the best to my patients, which led me to take several courses after my graduation.
My practice focuses primarily on the treatment of Musculoskeletal System injuries, Clinical Pilates and Sports Physiotherapy.
I had the opportunity to work as a physiotherapist at GDPeniche and SCUTorrense, where I deepened my passion for rehabilitation and movement exercises.
At this moment, I am embracing a new project, Oakhealth, which will combine my professional
skills in the area of health and sport
with my interest in the environment.
As an enthusiast of a healthier and
more nature-conscious lifestyle, I believe this project is a good opportunity to share this vision.
